The Grease Stains

Project Description

The Grease Stains series aims to use french fries and the grease they leave behind to create a unique set of letterforms, while being both a playful exploration and a systematic comparison between the variety of aesthetic differences between fries from varying fast food restaurants - such as the french fries' size, color, shape, amount of grease they release etc. At the same time, the series also documents the entire packaging, material and branding associated with each restaurant.
