Invisible Devices

Project Description

Invisible Devices is a video sculpture that explores the intersection between natural and synthetic spaces while questioning the role hidden sensors play in our lives through the design and implementation of “smart seating.” A wooden bench is enabled with sensors designed to manipulate the content of a video projected onto a plywood screen that is crumbling to the floor.
