Project Description

The culture of food changes rapidly and deeply. With new technological innovations permitting prompt supplies of vegetables, fruits, meat and milk, the ecological and natural processes of growth, nourishment and collection have decayed. Now & Then introduces products reminding us of the way things used to be, highlighting the importance of how we used to slowly enjoy our food, from a natural and intuitive process. This process plays an important role in the Now & Then products which have been inspired by the Slow Food Movement. Now & Then wishes to promote traditional ways of manual labor in new and innovative forms.
